Wintersweet, Χειμωνανθός (Chimonanthus) in Greek, is an essay written while I was living in the village of Milies, Pelion during the winter of '21-'22. In this "winter diary" I record my walks through the paths of the quiet village. My walks and observations are influenced by the experience of Psychogeography (Psychogeography is the exploration of urban environments that emphasizes interpersonal connections to places and arbitrary routes). With this diary I make an attempt to uncover a side of the village that is not known to people who visit it shortly or during the busy summer months. Yet, this side silently exists and coexists with the mountain and its people.

Τι είναι ένα χωριό;
What is a village?
